- How to build a personal Plan for Resilience and Recovery.
Course 2: Supporting Others After a Traumatic Event helps build knowledge and confidence to better understand your colleagues’ reactions to trauma and provide them with support while looking after yourself. This course covers:
- Common responses to potentially traumatic events
- Tips for supporting others after a potentially traumatic event
- The importance of looking after yourself while supporting others.
- Where to go for more information and support.
