There’s a lot more to fatigue than not enough sleep. While the two are related, there are a range of health, lifestyle, environmental and workplace factors that impact the quality and quantity of our sleep, and how refreshed we feel afterwards.
This workshop is for anyone who can struggle with sleep or fatigue – probably most of us – and you can expect the learn the following:
- To understand the role of sleep and outline good sleep hygiene practice
- To understand the impacts of not getting enough sleep (e.g. learning, memory, impairment, performance, health and longevity)
- To understand external factors that can disturb or support sleep (e.g. caffeine, alcohol)
- To provide information and tips for achieving good sleep hygiene practice
