Reducing stress and building resilience (10 October 2022)

Resilience is an essential life skill which has one of the most significant influences over your success in life. Resilience occurs when we are able to bounce back from adversity.  Developing a personal resilience plan helps to not only manage stress, but helps us to stay effective through challenging times.

In this session Psychologist, Scott Whiteway provides guidance for getting on top of stress and ensuring that stress levels remain manageable. This session will help you;

  1. Understand the stress response
  2. Understand what stresses you
  3. Identify your best performance & get into this zone
  4. Discuss how to build resilience into your life
