This session focused on  ‘Post Pandemic Recovery Challenges & Resilience’ for the rail workforce. Aiming to to refresh the wellbeing toolbox of the rail workforce with ideas to help:

  • overcome misinformation and anxiety,
  • identify how reach out to your networks for support and feel confident about changes to your work arrangements and
  • tips for re-engaging with people outside your family bubble.

The psychological and physical impact of the past 18 months continues to be felt by many of us.  In this webinar, Heizy Serrels, National Manager Learning and Wellbeing Culture at the Centre for corporate health shares practical strategies and tools designed to support us and our colleagues who may be combatting fatigue and burnout.  The webinar identifies early warning signs of burnout and low motivation and provides practical wellbeing strategies to energise and support individual managers.

TrackSAFE’s Hope Bertram is joined by Paralympian and Rail Safety Ambassador Vanessa Low about building resilience to cope with life’s ups and downs and maintaining a positive attitude. Also hear about the TrackSAFE Foundation’s ‘RAILRES’ App, designed for rail employees to build resilience and assist staff who might be exposed to stressful situations.
